Heimat 3.4 - Everyone’s Doing Well (2004)
Sobre o filme
In the autumn of 1995, Hermann and Clarissa’s dreams of happiness seem to have vanished. Clarissa is bothered by an insistent buzzing in her ear. Despite this, she doesn’t cancel the new tour, which disturbs Hermann. He, who had hoped the pair of them could spend some time together, is jealous. He insinuates that Clarissa is involved with the man she shares the stage with and she leaves in dispute with Hermann.
At least the conflict with his woman has one positive effect on Hermann: he returns to compose. At the same time, he feels disposed to re-examine his connections to his birthplace, Schabbach, and his family. He goes there to reencounter his brother, Anton, who seems entirely happy and fulfilled for his 75 years. On the following day, news comes that Anton died suddenly of a heart attack. The plans for his funeral leave the Simon family once again divided.
When he comes back home, Hermann finds Clarissa, who interrupted her tours because of health problems. Worried, he consoles her.
