In his career in cinema, Amorim has a special focus on animation and documentaries. He was the animation director of the film “Chicago 10” (2007), for which he was nominated for an Emmy. He directed TV documentaries, such as “Água e Cooperação, Reflexões para um Novo Tempo” (2014), and the documentary for movie theaters “2012: Time for Change” (2010, 34th Mostra).
