Sobre o filme

An intricate relationship web is formed in a Palestinian-Israeli family living in Haifa. Moshe is a hypochondriac fortysomething who works in his family’ bakery. He is married to Didi and is reasonably happy, but nevertheless has an affair with Grisha and fantasizes about his doctor. Moshe shares his most intimate secrets with his childhood friend, Jule, the only person he can count on to get it off his chest and even disclose his obsessive fear of death. The only thing Moshe doesn‚Äôt know is that he also shares one of the women of his life with his best friend. Moshe’ parents, the Jewish Hanna and the Palestinian Yussef, in turn, don‚Äôt have it easy. The overcaring mother does the best she can to keep her son out of trouble. The father faces a difficult choice as he receives a proposal to sell the last piece of land he inherited from his parents for the construction of a new state-of-the-art shopping mall in Israel. He is confronted with an agonizing moral dilemma, whether or not he should allow his family home to be sold to Jewish realtors.
