Sobre o filme

In 1993, during the Bosnia war, two soldiers, Ciki and Nino find themselves in a difficult position. They are installed in a trench, but curiously enough, do not belong to the same troop. Ciki is Bosnian and Nino is Serbian. They are enemies but, by irony of fate, they find themselves together in the midst of the line of fire. It?s going to be difficult to get out of this situation intact, but Ciki and Nino manage to win the collaboration of a “casque bleu” French soldier (a French soldier at the service of the UN) who is willing to help them, even against the orders of his superiors. The international media is soon to discover the pathetic situation both soldiers are in, and is to exploit the news with great verve. Ciki and Nino have only one objective: to get out of there and, preferably, alive. The film was decided on in São Paulo during the 23rd Mostra, when directors Cedomir Kolar, Marco Müller and Marion Hänsel met in the city as members of the jury at that time and decided to produce the film.
