In the middle of the 19th century, England, lives a young inventor named Ray. One day, he gets a mysterious metal ball sent by his grandfather Lloyd, a scientist. The artifact is known as Steam Ball, heart of the Steam Castle, an inexhaustible power source. However, several organizations are interested in using the device, including the Ohara Foundation. Ray must find out who is interested in using it for good causes and who is just interested in its destruction power. In the name of science and supported by his grandfather and father, Ray will try to be certain of his own convictions. The future of humankind depends on his judgment.
