Harry Lee is a man age 51 living in Singapore and working as a watchman and taxi driver. He belongs to a generation eclipsed by a consumist elite society that has developed in the country over the course of the years. His great dream is to go and live in Perth, in the west of Australia and escape from the intolerant and rigid world that confronts and discriminates him at all times. His plans for moving, however, are rendered difficult by a deep complex originating in a painful past. When he begins to render services to a network of prostitution of Vietnamese women for young executives, his feelings of rebellion come to the surface in a violent, uncontrolable fashion. Henceforth, Harry is torn down in a dangerous spiral of decadence, but that as yet seeks redemption.
