Duck (2004)
Sobre o filme
Arthur Pratt is a retired history professor bent on committing suicide. Having spent all of his savings caring for a sick wife, he has come to believe death is the only way out to escape the pain and disillusion that gradually consume him. One day, on a visit to the graveyard where his wife and son lie buried, he comes upon an orphan duckling that adopts him as mother. To care for the duckling becomes a motivation to live for lonely Arthur. He dubs his new friend Joe and, together, both try to create a refuge, safe from the cruelty and insensitivity of man.
