Thomas is a 23-year-old, handsome, and confused young man, son of a well-known opera diva. One night, when spying on the sexual relations of an older man, he ends up witnessing a murder. On the following morning, his mother tells him that his father, who had disappeared many years before, was in fact in Paris all this time, and had been murdered the previous night. From then on, Thomas is pushed into a plot of mystery full of surreal encounters with complicated, narcissistic characters, such as an eccentric actress, who was completely overturned by the death of her psychiatrist, the infamous Doctor Rey.
