A collection of fragments of the intimate life of French film maker Alain Cavalier, recorded on a digital camera over the course of 10 years, make up this autobiographical documentary. At the age of 74, Cavalier expresses his views on aging, disease, and death - crudely, with no concessions made. A mix of childhood memories, recurrent events, and day-to-day scenes: September 11 seen on the television, three operations to remove tumors, and images of Françoise Widhoff, his lifelong companion.
