Israeli society is portrayed through stories that take place in a single multi- use building, the Shikun. People that speak different languages, come from diverse origins and belong to different generations come together in theatrical encounters and grapple with the current state of affairs. In this metaphor, inspired by Eugène Ionesco’s theater play “Rhinoceros”, some begin to turn into rhinoceroses, while others resist.
