Jan, Peter and Jule make up an inseparable trio of friends. Peter and Jule are a couple, while Jan and Peter share the same apartment and have a unique form of political activism. The two boys believe that to change the world it is crucial to do something concrete and they do much more than just take part in antiglobalization demonstrations. Every night they secretly go out and choose as target an empty mansion. Wearing masks, they move the furniture around and leave a note behind: “Your days of plenty are counted”, and sign as The Edukators. Meanwhile, Jule has been facing great financial hardship since she crashed her car into the Mercedes of the wealthy businessman Hardenberg and was ordered by the court to pay him compensation. One night when Peter is away, Jan and Jule decide to teach Hardenberg a lesson by refurbishing his house. But Jule forgets her cell phone inside.
The remastering of “The Edukators” in 4K was made at O2 Pós. Post-production coordination was made by Malani Dias, and Francesco de Angelis provided postproduction supervision, with assistance from Paulo “Dunnone” Ferreira.
