International Perspective
A boat, in the Seine river, in Paris, houses a psychiatric center. But it is not an ordinary clinic: in addition to being a floating structure, the place has a team of professionals who resist, as best as they can, the deterioration and dehumanization of psychiatry. Everyday, they welcome the patients, adults with mental disorders, offering them care that grounds them in time and space, and helps them to recover or keep up their spirits. The film invites us to board it and meet the patients and caregivers who invent its life day to day.
