Born in Karachi, Pakistan, and currently based out of Toronto, Canada. He is an alumnus of film programs like the TIFF Talent Lab and the Locarno Filmmakers Academy. Among his short films are “Stray Dogs Come Out at Night” (2020), “1978” (2020) and “Bhai” (2021), presented at film festivals like Locarno, Toronto and Clermont-Ferrand. “In Flames” is his first feature film.
