Born in Recife, Brazil, in 1983. He is one of the founders of Trincheira, a production company. “Political Animal” (2016), his first feature film, was presented at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. He also directed short films like “Eisenstein” (2006) and “Wall” (2008). “Heartless” was inspired by the 2014 short film of the same name, awarded at the Cannes Film Festival.
