Born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1974. Besides being a director and a screenwriter, Singing Chen has also composed for several theatrical plays and films. Among them, the feature “God Man Dog” (2008), which was presented at the 32nd Mostra and at the Busan Film Festival, and was awarded at the Berlin International Film Festival. She also directed films like “The Walkers” (2014), “Mountain Spirits” (2014) and “Body Talk” (2018).
