Born in Vienna, Austria, in 1975. Chiha studied fashion design in Paris and film editing in Brussels. Lives and works in Paris as a filmmaker. Among his first works are the short films “Casa Ugalde” (2004) and “Où se Trouve le Chef de la Prison” (2007). Chiha screened his first feature film, “Domain” (2009), at the 34th Mostra and at the Venice International Film Festival. He also directed the features “Boys Like Us” (2014), “Brothers of the Night” (2016) and “If It Were Love” (2020), winner of the Teddy Award for best documentary at Berlin International Film Festival.
