Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1963. Film director, producer and documentary filmmaker, he is currently a partner at Espiral, a production company focused on films with themes of social impact. He made, among others, the feature films “Pierre Fatumbi Verger: Messenger Between 2 Worlds” (2000), “O Vendedor de Passados” (2015) and “The Wall” (2017, 41st Mostra). Hollanda directed “O Mistério do Samba” (2008) with Carolina Jabor.
