Ivelise graduated in theater from the University of Brasilia, where she begin her film career at the Center of Cultural and Educational Production. She worked as an assistant director and production assistant in Nelson Pereira dos Santos’ films like “A Terceira Margem do Rio” (1993), “O Cinema de Lágrimas da América Latina” (1995), “Brasília 18%” (2005), “A Luz do Tom” (2012) and “A Música Segundo Tom Jobim” (2011).
