Born in Slovakia, old Czechoslovakia, in 1975. He is a director, producer and screenwriter. He directed the short film “Ilsa” (2009), and made his debut as a feature film director, alongside Pavol Pekarčík and Peter Kerekes, with the documentary “Velvet Terrorists” (2013), awarded at Berlin and Karlovy Vary film festivals. He also made the films “Goat” (2015), winner of the best direction award at the Mar del Plata Film Festival, and “Servants” (2020), presented in the Encounters section at Berlin International Film Festival.
