Born in southern Germany in 1984. She studied sociology in Cologne, took up a degree in film production at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin and then studied directing at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. Her feature graduation film, “Jibril” (2018), was presented at the 42nd Mostra. She also directed the feature “Bliss” (2021), screened at the Berlin International Film Festival.
