Born in Venezuela, he studied at the School of Cinema in Madrid and at the International School of Audio-Visual Arts. Spano worked as an actor in films like “Golpes a Mi Puerta” (1994), “La Nave de los Sueños” (1996) and numerous TV series. He screened his first feature film, “Hora Menos” (2010), at the 35th Mostra. Since then, he also directed the documentary “Hidden” (2016), with Guillermo Barcenas, and the fiction “Humanpersons” (2018).
