Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1974. Martínez studied film at the CECC (Catalunya Center of Film Studies), in Spain. Currently, he is a director, producer and documentary professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He directed the documentary “Polar Tango” (2006).
