Born in Mali in 1985. He worked in gold digging at the age of 13. He later graduated in both law and filmmaking and now works as a lawyer and director. After starting his career with short films, in 2015 he co-directed “An African Revolution”, a documentary feature for television. “A Golden Life” marks his feature-length debut.
