Life Kills (2002)
Sobre o filme
In Mexico City, the largest city in the world, Diego, a young artist in a state of crisis, and Sylvia, a radio broadcaster, dissatisfied with her personal life, assume a new identity and decide to experience the most exhilarating sensations in their lives in one single day. They start off on a long journey from dawn to sunset, where their greatest intent is to celebrate life without inhibitions. Diego, age 40, is a disillusioned painter a staunch believer yet in the “peace and love” ideology of the seventies. The story takes place on three levels of narrative: Diego in the car, Sylvia on the radio, and both together. Past and present blend in a romantic comedy in which the truth is not always the preferred option for the protagonists.
