Mortal Transfer (2001)
Sobre o filme
It is snowing in Paris and a day like any other lies ahead for psychoanalyst Michel Durand (Jean-Hughes Anglade). He will spend some hours with maths teachers complaining about their students, depression on the part of a patient with precocious ejaculation, and sadomasochistic reports from beautiful seductive Olga Kluber (Hélène Fougerolles). Durand is tired of listening to these stories and so feels sleepy. He does not know that this time things will end differently. Seven o‚Äôclock... The alarm goes. The session is over. Durant awakens, but not Olga Kluber. She is dead! Who could have killed her? Might he have strangled her in his sleep? He must think quickly, for the next patient is about to make an entrance. He will also have to sidetrack Police Commissioner Chapireau who is on the lookout for Olga’ whereabouts. Durand is about to enter a world where dream and reality blend and where dreams are close to nightmares. Mortal Transfer marks the re-encounter of Director Jean-Jacques Beineix and actor Jean-Hugues Anglade who were together in one of the classics of the eighties: Betty Blue (1986).
