Sobre o filme
A human drama that explores love, infidelity, and the vexations of passion with a frank gaze and a firm hand. Elena well knows that the crisis that affects her marriage is not a passing crisis. Her husband, Alberto, a young and prestigious engineer, has just opened a new door in his life and seems determined to cross the threshold with another person. He is not pretending, but merely misguided. He loves his wife and son, but realizes the passion he feels for Diego is more than mere desire. Diego works in a private clinic and leads an existence free of hipocrisy or prejudice. He throws himself whole-heartedly into the love affair risking his emotional and professional stability. Growing deception, pain, and mistrust involve the three lovers. A confrontation is inevitable, and a break-up is nigh. Elena, however, is not willing to give way. Having analyzed the situation, imbued with courage, she seeks solace in the arms of another man, and reaffirms her feelings. Without losing a single minute, she again lays the cards on the table. And Alberto is torn between the two faces of love. Bound to this complicated amorous triangle, all three strive to preserve their relationship; however, love never treads a path in one sole direction.
