Sobre o filme

Yuda is a Chinese immigrant who has made a life for himself through illegal activity in the traditional neighborhood of Liberdade, in São Paulo. Kirin, his adopted son, is young and impulsive and is always in conflict over his father’ decisions. Together, they are in charge of the piracy mafia in Brazil. The baron of fake products and his heir rule the Asian neighborhood, from Chinese elders to street salesman, from corrupt politicians to erotic dancers. But this empire conquered over many years can fall apart with one single wrong move. Yuda is threatened by a powerful organization with strong international connections. Kirin fights to salvage his father’ honor but realizes he is weak and alone. Father and son start their lives afresh and see that they have a long list of debts to settle.
