Sobre o filme
When a woman is raped by a stranger, Marcus, her former boyfriend and a friend go in pursuit of the rapist who may be in hiding in bars for homosexuals in a great city in France. In their search, they get to know the underworld of nightclubs and gay bars also peopled by thousands of prostitutes who are to help them find the criminal. The atmosphere seems like a nightmare, a descent into hell, and Marcus can not hold out, and surrenders to drugs. The film includes a detailed description of the crimes that pervade the plot, in especial that of a rape that originated the plot. Gaspar Noé wrote the script, edited in an innovating way, and photographed and directed this film.
