Clara is a psychologist who works in a medical center in Turim. The most marked characteristic of her personality, whether in her private life or in the exercise of her profession is to be extremely rational. Probably to safeguard herself from the psychic chaos to which she is consistently exposed, Clara has built herself a small, superorganized universe that does not leave the least space for emotions. However, all her control will be put to the test by the presence of Leonardo who works in an emergency department in a hospital. He has enormous hands, unpleasant manners, and a penetrating gaze that disturb Clara. Her immediate reaction is to avoid him and attack him, but she gradually realizes, to her surprise, that there is something fascinating that emanates from the figure of Leonardo. An expression that is at the same time archaic and painful, evoking a memory of original man, a manner of being that brings an aspect hidden in the deepest recesses of her own personality, possibly the secret of her soul.
