Nora is a 14-year-old girl who tries to fit in society: she follows her sister’s friends around, girls who want to be beautiful and skinny, and boys who say dumb thing to provoke. But everything changes in one summer. Nora meets Romy, an interesting young woman, and falls in love with her. She also has her first period, learns how to stand up for herself and has a heartbreak for the first time. Through the protagonist’s perspective, the film captures a summer of extreme change.
